Job management that carries your paperwork
A board your crew will actually use, with the two things a board cannot do for you: quotes that can prove they have not been altered, and time records built for the law that governs them.
Three things that are not features
They are obligations. A generic board leaves them with you.
An accepted quote is sealed
When a client accepts, we hash the exact document and keep the seal. If a line, a quantity or a rate moves afterwards, the quote is flagged and every later conversation about scope starts from evidence rather than memory.
Time records that hold up
Minutes are computed, never typed. Edits after submission need a reason and keep the original. Approved periods lock, and payroll refuses to export an unapproved one — because a wage record altered inside a paid period is not evidence.
Invoices with the particulars
Every invoice carries what §14 UStG requires, including the reverse-charge wording where it applies. A business customer cannot deduct input tax without them, so this is not a nicety.

A view is the same rows drawn differently. Charging for the drawing is a pricing decision dressed as a feature, and the customer who most needs a calendar is the one with a hundred jobs and a deadline problem.
